Since you're on Mac, you'd have to deal with the fact that Apple intentionally makes your life difficult when you have one device out of the ecosystem. On Windows, it's as easy as plugging in your phone and your phone's internal storage will show up similarly to a camera or flashdrive. Change your mindset with Android: treat your phone like a flashdrive, put whatever music and videos (or even weird unsupported documents) on it, and your apps will automatically search for them to display appropriately. Unlike iPhones, you don't have to deal with the mess that is called iTunes or anything similar. Note: Shuttle is not a cloud player, and is not capable of playing music download via Play Music.
